Job Description:

- Keep abreast of local market conditions, competitor strategies, and overall industry changes.

- Ensure all sales practices and transactions adhere strictly to legal requirements and organizational policies.

- Compile and submit regular performance reports to the team leader, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

- Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in real estate sales.

- Demonstrated success in real estate or a closely related field is essential.

- Comprehensive understanding of the real estate market and its trends.

- Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary for building and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Adherence to ethical standards, coupled with self-motivation and a dedication to excellence.

- Proficiency in using real estate-specific software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

- Must be sales-driven and detail-oriented, possessing outstanding organizational and time management abilities.

- Exceptional customer service skills with the capacity to handle a diverse clientele.

- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required; fluency in English, Arabic is preferred.

- A minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
